- The new generation Lagoona Blue doll has a pink skin tone and I'm not very happy about it. So in this video I will give the doll a makeover to make Lagoona Blue actually blue!

It always gets me when the gloss gets applied, because the eyes look like they're already glossed and 'wet'. That says a LOT about your talent with faces!
the blue skin color looks so much better on her, the new wave of dolls, while cute, lacks the edge and uniqueness that the old dolls had. Thankyou for bringing her back to life

I like G3 Lagoona but the blue skin tone makes her look so much more like a sea monster! HER LEG FINS WERE REMOVABLE 😭😭😭

I think you have improved so much in making mermaid tails! This is one of the more sleek and natural ones youve made! The hips and bottom are proportional to the rest of the doll and look so much better! 💕

@@anarealthemage2693 I love the new curvy Barbie, but I wish the body differences for the Ken dolls were more significant. They say Ken has different bodies now but I literally don’t see the difference. 😂
@YuBeace not many Ken's being made but they have 4 bodies so far.
@@harleyquinn8D Like I said, I barely see the difference. They’re all still really chiseled, it would be nice to see some that are way rounder and/or softer looking.
I love her and all her sparkles. My motto in life is "everything is better when it sparkles!" I was the person that bought Ariel and I am sad to say that she lives in her box. I tried to glue her the way you suggested but the issues were to great to overcome. I wish I could get this one but I am not in a position to buy another doll right now but I will be back to hopefully get another mermaid!! Thank you for the great OOAK content. You're truly OOAK!!

When I was a kid I had a mermaid doll that had a beautiful shiny fabric tail, so you could still move her tail around... That was really cool.. You should try to make a mermaid like that...

The pink face is weird and uninteresting. Your blue mermaid Lagoona is SO much better! What an utterly stunning faceup! And I loved what you did to make an articulated tail without having to cut her up into little pieces or make a fabric or 3D printed tail. The stand was genius! I love this. I don’t know if you’ve already done this, but I couldn’t see anything. You use the monster high dolls so often it would be so much fun to see you do your own version of them with your own better versions of their outfits and their make up and their hair. Only botanical I can think, are the different color hyacinths, that those stripes of colors reminded me of. I don't recommend the hyacinth flowers for people who are extra sensitive for fragrances, because these flowers do have strong aroma.

I love the Gen 1 dolls, in their style and individualism but with the curvature of the new gen dolls. Changing Lagoona Blue was a huge mistake and I'm glad that you brought part of her originality back. ❤
