Joker might be an option to, if I can get over the fact that most of them are tier whores, and they SHOW IT. Bayonetta... Idk, possibly? Like, pk fire is a LOT harder to land when people are expecting 10 times in one second. Palutena? Nah, I hate her. I'm not bad with her, I just hate people who use her so much. At least with hero, you can see their options when they use their down b. Half of her attacks beat out all others because of that stupid shield and nair. Palutenas are the only people I hate more than *cheap* heros.
Falco's dair is probably the worst spike in this game cause it can't rob people of their stocks when they're at like, 70%. But the trade off is the ability to double dip LMAOOOO
Palutena nair is optimal for some people, or charcters with good b moves and side smash. Like what about little mac for another example you might want to stay grounded and just side tilt to be optimal.
Falcos b moves are kinda bad alone unlike belmomts, But falcos b moves all follow up to something. idk he is just best when using all his tools and also falco is best when played backwards.

All of the Star Fox characters have exploitable recoveries, but as for which one is the worst, that's up for debate. Any of them could fit that case.
