Gravity Falls is the king of shows that should be in Kingdom Hearts. Battling Bill Cipher as he tries to bring about his Weirdmageddon would be AMAZING.
I have no idea what you said because I haven't seen Gravity falls, but I've heard a lot of good things about the show I'll binge watch it when I get a chance. I am glad to see a lot of people mention it in the comments though so it must be good.
I feel like Owl House would also be a good call, but I feel like that doesn't have much of a chance. I can still hope though. The biggest reason I still hope is because of shipping bias.

I would love if Maleficent and Pete teamed up with Lunaris, not to just invade Duckburg but all worlds in Kingdom Hearts. Make them a big threat since Maleficent hasn't done anything in a very long time. They could redesign the Spear of Selene to travel and invade worlds much faster with other Disney villains, akin to Kingdom Hearts 1.
I know Chip and Dale are already in the game but the rest of the Rescue Rangers could be fun for a Gummi Ship related sidequest. Unfortunately I feel like Disney Channel content is at the bottom of the barrel for Nomura and his team, we haven't even seen Max at all even though we have Donald's nephews. I wonder if Nomura is even aware of stuff like Gargoyles, I'd be nice to know his thoughts on Disney Channel content and if it's ever been on his radar. I feel like they would be perfect for another 358 or DDD style side game.
I think I recall an interview that Nomura has no plans to include the TV shows into Kingdom Hearts and only Disney movies. It was long ago like during KH2 I think? Don’t know if it was him entirely or maybe Disney only wanted the movies. Well things are changing so who knows in the future? I do wish to play in those TV shows in Kingdom Hearts.
Collecting the experiments as summons or power ups would be amazing! One show that 100% fits KH lore is W.I.T.C.H! They literally have the HEART of Kandrakar!
Only two Disney Channel's shows I consider can work in Kingdom Hearts 4. Phineas and Ferb and The Owl House. For a Phineas and Ferb World I think it could take place during the event of the movie, Phineas and Ferb the Movie: Across the 2nd Dimension. It would be the best way to include Phineas and Ferb in Kingdom Hearts since the show isn't episodic. And for an Owl House World it would have to take place early in the first season of the show to avoid any of the series arc or episodic story. Eda will still possess all her powers which she ends up losing at the end of the first season allowing her to be an ally in Sora's party.

I would honestly prefer early-to-mid S2 for TOH. That way we could still have Lumity but dance around the Day of Unity. "Ugh. Unity is so hard to rhyyyyyme!"
I’m so thrilled you mentioned a Darkwing Duck world in Kingdom Hearts, as I’ve always wanted to see one in the games. Fighting the Fearsome Five would be amazing.
Here was I think that should be in Kingdom Hearts 4 besides Marvel and Star Wars. The Jungle Book, George of the jungle, Gargoyles, W.I.T.C.H, Jake long the American dragon, Kim possible, Lilo and stitch, Stitch and yuna, Wonder Over Yonder, Star versus the forces of evil, Gravity falls, Amphibia, The owl house, Randy Cunningham Ninth grade ninja, Phineas and ferb, The ghost and Molly McGee. Granted some of the movies or shows I mentioned they should have been either in Kingdom heart 1 or 2 or the other Kingdom heart games. But again, Disney has a lot material to add to the series or franchise. They better not ignore the potential of adding these movies or shows to the franchise.
I mean, I'm always team American Dragon: Jake Long. Jake would be a fun party member (think about the Limit attacks you could do with him in dragon form), and I might be biased as a big ol Huntsman fan, but I think we need to kick Huntsman's butt in a boss battle. Though Dark Dragon might be the villain that fits more with the Squenix game design sensibility - but why not have both? Huntsman as a miniboss and Dark Dragon as the final showdown of the world. Also good parallels to be drawn about "I'm just a teen and I wanna hang out with my friends, but I kinda gotta save everyone from these dark powers and sometimes it just takes a toll on you, y'know?". Other than that, I'm an even BIGGER proponent of taking the spinoff shows for the worlds already used and introducing elements from them into the established movie worlds. You know how they kinda did that with Sparky for L&S? Well, they could also take others, like Evil Manta as a boss in Atlantica, Nemesis from the Hercules series showing up as a secret round in the Coliseum, or, the GOAT, have Mozenrath from Aladdin show up (though okay, Mirage would also be a top-shelf boss choice).
Stupid Idea? To collect Stitch's cousins we need to fight them, theyre fairly easy unique enemies. Then after collecting them all, we get a special quest to fight all of them at the same time.

Recess would be interesting. The movie Recess schools out could fit in even better in KH4. It would be interesting having Phil Benedict use the heartless to end summer vacacion by trying to make the Recess world fall to darkness like the worlds were falling to darkness in KH1. And Sora could tell him that won't work because me and my friends closed the door between the two realms along time ago.
I mean, if you're gonna do duck tales and darkwing duck, talespin would be a cool one to include, but I'dd much prefer the younger kit over the duck tales reboot version xD

Treasure planet, it could work the same as port royal and add more planets if needed. the princess and the frog: same concept as in toy box moana: not the best but not the worst and seems disney like that movie too. The issue with making worlds based on TV shows is that, unlike Disney movies, TV shows just aren't as timeless, as a lot of them only really cater to specific generations and, let's be real, a lot of them, especially newer ones, would make the game feel dated, especially when you have people wanting shows that weren't even finished. Like, I remember people getting mad that KH3 didn't have worlds based on Gravity Falls and Star vs. The Forces of Evil, as if there was any indication that they were gonna be in it to begin with. Not to mention, given how people complain about Disney worlds having to adapt 90 min. movies... you really think adapting a season or more worth of episodes is gonna make things better? And no, making an original story wouldn't be much better because you'd still need a lot of context in order to know what's going on, and again, we're talking about a lot of information and exposition. So, no, as much as people want something like Bill Cipher becoming the new main villain, they're just setting themselves up for unnecessary disappoinment that they're still blame Nomura and Disney for. Also, really think about, if this really has any chances... why didn't we get Disney Channel worlds in KH2?

If Sora is going solo for a bit then I'd love to see Aqua or Donald and goof travel to these places with Kairi taking the lead. But if she really does get her own game, or become a big character, that's playable, we gotta go to Moana.!
Probably not going to happen. The nostalgia factor doesn't really translate to the international and Japanese audiences these games are made for. Plus they already have Scrooge, the nephews, and Donald in the game based on their classic theatrical appearances. Characters seem to follow the same philosophy as Smash characters, they're going to use versions that harken back to their earlier short film versions rather than later variations. It just wouldn't make sense to suddenly change to the reboot versions.
Gargoyles will always be my top followed by dark wing. I also feel like American dragon Jake long could fit really well. But please use the original art style
