I don’t think you’ve got slower Kristie; rather it’s you put more into your cards now. There are so many pretty things to decorate the cards these days. I very much liked the one with the circle of pine tree paper followed very closely by the trio that had “glory to God in the highest... “ sentiment... especially the red and black one. Ive recently been watching Christmas themed cards been made on the Crafters Companion channel. Sooo pretty. These Honey Bee versions are so good too. I never use up my Christmas themed supplies every year. But this is so fun to watch. Everyones so good at making Christmas themed everything. 😊😍🎄
Love the cards. I think I’d cut out the center of those specialty papers so you just have the border for your layer. Then it’s a twofer.

I don't think you are slower at making cards, but you've added some steps over the last year, like adding small layer pieces to make sure that everything is level on the card. That being said, I love what you do and don't mind long videos ;)

Hi Kristie. I like this collection as well. I was wanting to put in a request for Carta Bella Dinosaurs and I believe it's Echo Park Fish are friends please. I have two small grandsons they are 6 & 5 now. Since I can't be with them I have been sending cards. I haven't seen them since Christmas and it's been so hard. They love getting cards in the mail. Thank you so much! 😊 I have talked briefly about how I plan my 6x6 videos. It really isn't a lot of planning though. I select a paper pad, coordinating cardstock, a few stamp and die sets and a couple sketches then I start crafting. I work on one set of cards at a time before selecting a new card sketch. Hi Kristy, your videos may seem to be taking longer because you are adding layers under layers to build them up and you didn't used to do that before. Also, are appear to be deciding which papers go with which more often. Hope that helps. Thanks for the great videos!!

Lovely cards as usual Kristie. You mentioned that your videos are getting longer, this video is sped up 6 times but some of your earlier videos were sped up 7 times maybe that's the reason.

Hi I so love these and was wondering if you cut your own Card Bases and Make your own envelopes? (if envelopes are made what do you make them with?) Or are they Store Bought Card Bases and Envelopes?
Danielle Logan Thank you! I purchase cardstock for my cardbases from a local paper store. I pay them to cut the paper in half, then I score the card bases myself. I buy envelopes by the case from Heinrich. Since I make around 2000 cards a year, I go through a lot. 🙂

However, if you go to the upper right hand corner and click on the down arrow near British Pounds, it will open a drop down where you can change the currency to US dollars. Great cards as always - How do you put the front on the card on without seeing the white base card - I tried this I can’t get it to work
Teresa Paper Lady Thank you! I hold my card front up to my card base first, then I trim down the card base just a bit if it’s too big. It’s usually just a sliver. When I adhere the 2 together, I start with the folded edge, then slowly line up the outside edges.

Sorry about that. It's easier for me to adhere things upside down otherwise I have to lean over and get my head in the video. Lol!
I haven’t watched for awhile but I maybe see why the videos are longer.
1. You fussy cut around messages.
2. You do 1-2 cards per sketch mostly where it used to be 3-4.
3. You very carefully layer tiny bits of paper as well as bigger to even the layers.
I don’t remember the strips inside the cards. Like that.
The shiny sticker strips are great and add so much so easily. Haven’t seen those before. Really beautiful cards.
