I cried at the end of this sermon Ps David because I realized, this is the reality in our churches TODAY. I wish this sermon is heard in our Vanuatu churches, more than enough. Our churches are not just losing youths, we are losing elders, deacons...leaders in the church. And I couldn't agree more with the estimate statistic you gave that 75% of those who leave the SDA church is due to relational issues. In Vanuatu society, SDAs are commonly noted to be judgemental, gossipers, hypocrites and this is a sad picture. I pray that God will help me, myself and I to be the most friendliest, loving and caring person not just to my families and friends but to everyone. To share that gospel and BE THAT SERMON in my actions to others. May God bless you with more wisdom and insight, please come to Vanuatu!
I was born into Seventh Day Adventistism and couldn't wait to run from it, the minute I was old enough. I lived without God in my life for 25 years. A year and a half ago, I gave my life to Jesus and started the journey back. This time, I started from the other side, approaching the church as an outsider. I was upset by what I saw and heard in the churches I attended. I have wrestled and prayed about it. I want to live as a true Christian and have been studying the scriptures and building relationship with God. I've looked at all types of churches and doctrines, but no matter what, I remain convicted of the Sabbath. That being said, I was about to write off the SDA church. I have seriously been considering walking away from the SDA church, for good. I was tired of the chest thumping. This sermon halted me in my tracks. I started crying by the end. This addresses exactly what I've been experiencing and the frustration I've felt. We need this message to ALL our churches. They're losing more young people every day-- my children, included. How can we get this message out there??? Thank you, David. From the bottom of my heart.

I am truly blest by your sermons but....BUT you speak so fast..PLEASE speak slowly...will you please speak a little slowly..i am having a hard time catching up with what you are saying and im missing a lot. I am praying to God that he will help you speak slowly. God bless your ministry
