ವಿದ್ಯೆಯ ಜೊತೆಗೆ ವಿನಯವೂ ಇದೆ .ಇಂತವರು ಮಾತ್ರ ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಭಾವ ಇಲ್ಲದೇ ಮುಂದೆ ಬರಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯ. ಇಂತಹವರೇ ಒಳ್ಳೆಯ ಆಫೀಸರ್ ಆಗಬಹುದು.
ಸಂದರ್ಶನದಲ್ಲಂತೂ ಹಾಗೆ ಕಾಣ್ತಾ ಇದೆ. ಆದರೆ ಬರೀ ಇದರ ಮುಖಾಂತರ ಪೂರ್ತಿಯಾಗಿ ಹೇಗಿದಾರೆ ಅಂತ ನಿರ್ಧರಿಸೋದು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ.
