It's a lovely retreat for a couple but there's quite a bit to be finished if I'm honest. Not that much room for guests, a single interior berth in the boathouse, no pool, landscaping, deck and paving yet to be done. This unicorn is definitely going to cost well over $4 million by the time it's complete. But you do get to make it yours. I imagine this place will be almost unrecognizable in a few years.

Not a fan of the cottage, the siding isn't great. Property however is prime.
