    I’ve heard lately “you are all set”.
    I caught that it is like “you are approved”. Could you explain if it is correct and is an informal or formal stable expression, please?
    Thanks. Love your classes ❤

    Could you help figure out meaning of set in this sentence. If you love someone set him free. thanks in advance.

    • @EnglishAnyone
      @EnglishAnyone  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This means to release someone/something. So, you're putting them into a "free" condition, instead of them being held or captured. :)

    Can we say: "I'm set out of
    my ways, because of new situation" ?

    • @EnglishAnyone
      @EnglishAnyone  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      No, because you get “set” in a particular situation or way of doing something, and the opposite would mean NOT being set. :)
