My planting dates zone 6 a/b are March 6 & 20, I prepared a few beds with shredded up leaves and silage tarps. I will remove both and back fill beds with a few inches of soil, then transplant, hoop and row cover. I hear it will be a dryer March. God willing it will be dryer and cool.. with a warm summer ahead.. I'm a back yard gardener🌻🌻🌻. Last year I had much success after following Lisa's advice. Thank you Lisa.
I planted some snaps, Rebecca, fever few vegmo and sweet William last fall. I'll update in May.

Hi Lisa. I’m in zone 4b/5a and have been wanting to try cool flowers. Unfortunately last summer we had devastating flooding in our area and it took all summer to clean up the property and re do the landscaping. We weren’t able to get the beds done. Could I pot up or put them in a small greenhouse until my beds are ready?

Hi, Lisa! I transplanted my seedlings about 3 weeks ago. I live in Tn zone 7b. They are doing fine, but we’re expecting 3 days of hard freeze with daytime temps not above freezing, next week around Christmas. I have a row cover on them. Do I need to do more? Help, please!

Quick question: Can I direct sow the seed that doesn’t like to be start indoors in very early spring which is between 1/11 trough 1/25?
With my last expected frost march 1st I have little to no time to start my seeds. I have 2500 seedlings already, and hope to start a least another 1500.
