UPDATE: You can try to fix the rattle by stretching or adding a new spring inside your intake gear. Mr. A2J Tim on youtube has a great video explaining this procedure. Also, the "vvt gear" is really called "vvt sprocket" or "cam sprocket".
I have a rattle on cold start up for a few seconds then stops, i was told thats its the timing chain then i was told they dont think its the timing chain. Will replacing the timing chain tensioner apply to a 2007 Hyundai Santa Fe in the same situation ?

@yoshimitsu21 generally, a rattle on startup can be from a timing chain tensioner. But every car is different,extensive research goes a long way.
