In my humble opinion, Alex & Rosie (from Love, Rosie) would 100% stay together forever 🫶 also, A Walk To Remember is one of my all-time faves too (but I never watch the end haha)

with 13 going on 30 i think the “past” was always the present and she just dreamed her future. Once she saw how her “dream” life played out she realized it started once she rejected homeboy (i forgot his name lol) so when she gets back to the closet, she chooses him and ends up with the life she ACTUALLY wants. long story short i think they end up together 😂
omg I love that you included Flipped literally nobody I know has seen that movie and I love it so much 😭 I read the book and it's one of my faves. One of the rare occasions that I like both and not just one or the other.
I totally agree with you in that I prefer the slow-burn rom-coms where the couple doesn't kiss or really fall in love until the very end. i.e "You've Got Mail" and "While You Were Sleeping."

Ok but with flipped you have to remember that it was like the late 50s/early 60s and ppl usually ended up with their childhood/high school sweethearts, so I feel like they definitely ended up being that couple that end up together forever. With 10 things I hate about you I feel like they date for awhile but end up breaking up and then going their separate ways for a few years and then reconnecting I their late 20s and then ending up together forever once they have their lives more sorted out idk idk but Joseph gorden levitts character and Bianca definitely don’t end up together, maybe they date for a bit in high school but he was definitely more into her than she was him even at the end of the movie,but I feel like if they were both still single at the 10 year reunion they’d like reconnect but it ultimately wouldn’t work out idk

Re: Leap Year, Anna lives in Boston, not NY. At the end, they marry, so presumably they do end up together. You may be correct re: their long-term chances of happiness (slim, given their different upbringing and basic personalities) but maybe they'll have a happy-but-scrappy marriage and make it work.
