I really wanted to improve my health and I lost 16kg from 95 to 79 with weights andndiet. Now I focus on running for my cardio and the shoes would help me be safe since I sont really have a dedicated running shoe. I also partially tore my acl so its hard to run with a shoenwith a hard sole

I need to get back in shape, I’m not nearly as active as I once was. I’m struggling with body image and overall physical health. Also, I feel like joining a marathon, would hold me accountable and provide a support system, on my journey to becoming a healthier person.

I've been doing 5k and 10ks around the OC and would love to CHALLENGE myself to do a half in LA!
Would love to run the half in LA because I would love to push myself out of my comfort zone of believing I cannot run that long of a distance. Also, being able to run with others who are also there to push themselves is a beautiful thing.

I have the same fabric of tennis shoes I tried to scrub them with Zopa soap normally that's soap is pink and it comes in a heavy big bar and it gets all kinds of grease stains and any bodily fluid off of my scrubs when coming back home from work. However when I try to scrub my shoes with the toothbrush using this Zopa soapit still looks nowhere near as good as you're shoe did
I put my trainers in the washer machine with black clothing and the white mesh is now grey in color. Any solution to this problem?

I avoid white shoes and these foam shoes look like they will just stain and look bad fast. the ones where you walk on the white part of the shoes look like they will stain really bad. how dirty does react foam get?

I cleaned mine using just the standard brush, not knowing that it would make it look ‘hairy’ 😔 def anyone who is going to clean them, look at this video before you mess up your shoes 👍🏼 gonna try to see if the prem brush helps for the other shoe lol

Why can't you just dunk the shoe into a tub of cold water and swish it around a bit to get the soap out of it? As you said, there was a lot of water inside the shoe anyway. I really don't understand how that could hurt the shoe more.

I washed these in my washing machine and the front part turned yellow. How can I remove that?
Will your solution work to remove the yellowing? I’m about to purchase your solution on Amazon.
A lot of the comments on Amazon talk about the solution causing white uppers to turn yellow. Do your homework and test the solution in a small, out of the way area on the shoe, just like with any other cleaner...
I need one of these tutorials for the Nike Pegasus Turbo, AKA The Shoe That Will Never Become Clean. Whose idea was it to put nylon mesh over another softer, infinitely more absorbent mess? I hope Nike fired them out of Beaverton with a trebuchet
Going through the same with the old Zoom Elite 5+. One of Nike's best looking running designs ever IMHO, but they're absolute dirt magnets (Especially in the original colorway, a bright yellow Nike called "Electrolime.")
I wear a 13.5, which means I'm always looking for large-running size 13s since Nike 13.5s are all but obsolete now. The ZE5+ was a gem, and I pick up any pairs I can still find floating around.
Someday I'll find a way to get the uppers clean, hell even washing an old pair that I had an extra of proved completely futile. I have my doubts that any of these cleaners would produce any favorable results...
