This is a story about four people named Everybody, Somebody, Anybody and Nobody.
There was an important job to be done and Everybody was sure that Somebody would do it. Anybody could have done it, but Nobody did it. Somebody got angry about that, because it was Everybody's job. Everybody thought that Anybody could do it, but Nobody realized that Everybody wouldn't do it.
It ended up that Everybody blamed Somebody when Nobody did what Anybody could have done.

That's what happens when somebody have an accident and you have to call an ambulance, and you say "somebody call an ambulance", everytime this happens, nobody calls the ambulace, cause everybody thinks that somebody already did it and nobody does it. In these cases, call it yourself or order someone specifically to do it. I heard a paramedic talking about that, and that's one of the main reasons people die cause of negligence

I‘d say that all of your questions are so spot-on, but understanding many people’s accents, people not slowing down their English for you during a conversation, not getting tired of speaking, reading, and listening to English during the day and on a daily basis, and listening to podcasts are good ones! Also, omg, I’ve caught myself so many times struggling to say or remember words in Portuguese cuz my mind has got so used to working in English. It has become my motto. 🙏🏻. I wondered how my recent trip to Europe(20 countries that I visited) and the one in 2017 to Asia (Korean, Japan, China, and Russia) would be, once I’m Brazilian. Well, Vanessa, I had any issues to be understood at all. Actually, some people couldn’t guess where I was from. 😂. I have to say that I have had a 8-yr-relationship with Canada 😍, but there’s always around me this feeling of “am I gonna be understood?!” But, my experience has also shown me that sometimes it’s not about us, but also about other people not making their effort to improve their English skills. I really get so happy when i first realize that i could understand English show without subtitles and even forget about that is tollaly a foreign language for me . I won't say that i am fluent. But i'm very proud about myself. I know one day i will improve and english will be officially my second language. And thank You for this great video.
