Put some attritions on your Corsair. Much better for hitting fighters. Shreds much quicker than cannons in this patch. Leaving 1000 DPS on the table by using the Behring cannons.
I was also teaching my noob friend to play this game yesterday and doing the save stanton missions. Good fun but the faulty elevators and desync with the fighters made it hard.

That’s a good shout. Typically I don’t change load outs too much as with this game it’s easy to lose stuff haha.
I’m slowly introducing him to more things so taking him weapons shopping will be another day.

@@citizenspooner You should not lose ship weapons from inventory once they are attached. You can claim the ship even if all your weapons are shot off the ship and you will get them back.

@@Power5 Just don't land and store the ship with missing weapons. Get repaired first.
