crazy how people are saying wow shes living the best life, her life is a dream, this is so goals!! - yes it may seem like that from the boat vids and beach living but also recognize that meanwhile marla just lost her best friend and boyfriend, while josie lost her grandma and is going through a lot mentally right now - it shows how you should never compare your life to others because you really never know what they are going through and that you should spread love and positivity towards these girls
i know it seems like their lives are perfect online, but if you didn’t know while they were together they were both going through a lot of hard things, like marla losing her boyfriend to a boat crash and josie dealing with mental health etc. so yeah their lives are beautiful but they’re not perfect :)
i can hear and see your insecurities and it makes me so sad. you are so beautiful. not even lying. you are definitely one of the most beautiful people ever on this planet and i’m so happy you are living your life to the best of its ability.
you really do seem happier and it's so great to see that you've found more of yourself. I have body dysmorphia too so I know exactly how you feel about, well, everything concerning that! I just want to say, don't feel that losing weight is going to make you feel happier and better about yourself, I did and I did it in an extreme and unhealthy way and it didn't change my perception of my body, I still felt different and not 'perfect'. I want you to do what is best for you and what will work for you to help with your mental health and body dysmorphia, but know there are other ways of learning to love your body and yourself than just losing weight. I really just want you to be happy as who you are, I want myself to be happy as I am and everyone to be happy with who they are. You are such an inspiration, keep doing you beautiful ;) xxxx

i have body dysmorphia too, and it’s really reallly awful. but i’m so proud of you for trying to better your mental health, it’s so hard but so important and you’re so beautiful! you’ve got this! i have severe ocd anxiety depression social anxiety insomnia and binge eating disorder as well as BDD, sounds like it’s not true bc it’s a lot but it is. it sucks. it’s so hard. i was in a mental hospital for 2 months in WI, but now i’m healthier and happier than i’ve ever been, when i look at how beautiful you are i get insecure and hate myself, so remember you’re not alone. but now i learned to love myself again, and to respect myself when in comes to eating. if i can get better you can too!! you’ve been my biggest role model, and your videos helped me keep moving forward when i wanted to end it. i love you so much josie even tho you don’t know me, and you have so much love for ppl around u, u have to love yourself as well 💕💕✨✨🥰

hey josie, I just want to let you know how sorry I am for your loss. I really touched me when you talked about it because it kinda creeped me out how similar our situations were. About a year ago now (March 2019) my grandma also passed away from cancer: However, she had it for 6 six years whereas for you it took your grandma very fast but similarly to you, I. didn't know how bad it actually was because it had just become a norm. But the last few months on my grandma's life the cancer spread from her ovaries to the rest of her body very fast. At the time I was also living with my best friend because my parents were both in Denmark visiting her because they didn't know how long she would be hear. She ended up passing away on Thursday (my sister and I lived with our friend from Monday to Friday) and our parents let us know when they picked us up the next day. I'm not trying to make anyone pity me but I just thought I should share this because our situations felt so similar and maybe some other people will read this comment and feel the same. Losing someone is so hard and for a while we let grief consume us, but it gets better and we just have to keep living our lives, not only for ourselves, but also for the beautiful people in our lives that we've lost. You're not alone. Wish you all the best xx and I hope that if you read this comment it makes you feel a little less alone. Sara :)))

Just know that nobody is perfect and it's normal to have insecurities. Even though it may feel like it sometimes, you are not alone. It's okay to seek out for professional help. And just remember that so many of us think you're absolutely beautiful and wish to look like you, one day you'll be able to see it too! ly x
