ballista is pretty good, just much less cost efficient than heavy ballista. Heavy Ballista DPS 857 / Ballista 200. Heavy Ballista 3600 hp / 1000 ballista. And cost is 125 vs 250, so it's just much better to tech up to heavy ballistas. HB is 1 tier higher, but ballista is not the best in tier 2 too, so thats why nobody is playing this. Ballista is pretty decent, just never the best. And Heavy Ballista is always much better.
Pair Heavy Ballistas with Behemoths, very tanky and costs 250/0, so you can make both, good synergy.
that is 2 advanced foundry units though .. meaning you have to tech up 2 times, which is a significant powerinvestment (and your opponent can see this) for that combo, lacking a potential option you might rather want on basic foundry instead if your opponent intends to be more aggressive early game or he can just decide to go starforge with you lacking AA unless you go starforge yourself (which then sets you back further for a T3 foundry rush), what would your deck look like?
imo starforge mammoth (instead of behemoth) with any airunit combo (airship or dragonfly) is a better option, leave the heavy ballista as your only t3 foundry option, have a t2 foundry comb of your choice where you can react to the techup of your opponent accordingly
otherwise kingcrab or crusader are also a good tanking option of the foundry which you could pair with heavy ballista

If emotes get implemented that will be how. Emotes are even more toxic than typing because you literally never know if someone is being genuine with them.
They go to the discord and complain about balance instead. Oh, and taking the 5th base while you push in and close the game is sort of a manner mule move.

I appreciate the base units like the Ballista being pretty good for how easy they are. It doesn't feel terrible to work towards a deck with a more specific strategy.
ive never really been happy with any emote systems ive used
normally it ends up with certain emotes like laughing being spammed as BM and you can never tell if someone is being nice or not when using them
ill hope they can implement it well as otherwise ill probably just turn it off and play without any form of chat
otherwise game looks amazing and ive applied for the close beta

It upsets me that more people dont support this "off-race" content.
Makes me feel like UT will feel like he cant play the game cuz he cant make content with it. Hopefully im wrong and he'll play it anyways if hes enjoying it.
