@XenoGen3sis it is made to saturate the roof, the sides of the house and around the house, as well as create higher humidity in the air around the house. To stop members from having susceptible feel bad.
Ud need about 200 of these to be sure the house doesn't burn. Plus plastic will melt, make it from another material. Same for the tube.
How often does it have to run?
That would all depend on the fire behavior, talk to your local fire department regarding those questions.
