Ud need about 200 of these to be sure the house doesn't burn. Plus plastic will melt, make it from another material. Same for the tube.

Not understanding is if its meant to saturate the ground around the house? Or to create a mist that prevents embers for catching on the house? Or is it something else?
@XenoGen3sis it is made to saturate the roof, the sides of the house and around the house, as well as create higher humidity in the air around the house. To stop members from having susceptible feel bad.
