Your'e doing the julii's work in Gaul, I'd simply put all resources on Greece (most profitable cities in the game), get the wonders, increase naval trade and move from there. I enjoyed watching the julii campaign last summer. Hope the mental health, ms incompetence and of course the dogs are okay!
I find that you get ridiculous money if you just send your diplomats to every corner of the map and trade with everyone. Only war with 1 faction at a time.
@swiftelbow2743 yeah unfortunately I abandoned that. Life took over and I had a break from TH-cam. I'll almost certainly do more DaC campaigns in the future though 😁
Just started watching this episode, but try to get down to Syracuse and smash the Greek city to stop the Scipii from taking the entire island. Provides an excellent base to start taking the other two settlements as and when.

The Brutii are the best Roman faction. All the Wonders are right there and the opening sequence clearly indicates that you are the bad guy.

Great first Ep I reckon don’t choke the Julii too much would be great to have a huge civil war east vs west Roman empires

No play as Julii Alemanni or Parthoa or even Numida
