The total area of ​​Shalamar Bagh is 180 acres. Shalamar Bagh consists of three stages in which the name of the first stage is Farah Bakhsh, the name of the second stage is Faiz Bakhsh and the name of the third stage is Hayat Bakhsh. Beautiful stairs have been made for climbing and descending from each stage. Each stage of this garden is at a height of about twelve feet from each other. Shalamar Bagh was made lush and green from every angle, trees and fruit trees were planted everywhere. In 1981, UNESCO gave it the status of world cultural heritage.
