One thing you want to keep in mind mark on damage is useless when people have stealth 2 on. However, combat marking still works even if the people you are facing have stealth 2 on, you can still see the name tags when they hit you. Also, Like you did at 6:15, you can detonate and let the mines harm you a little on purpose just to see the name tag of the person who places it there and track him down. Examples like this is when you can use enemy tactics against them with combat marking. In General, when you see the name tags of the players that hit you they don’t even know that you can see their name tag which is the beauty of it, so you can maneuver your way and anticipate an attack and they will be caught off guard.
