  • I have a video posted that is a tour video that has a lot of views and there are a few other rour videos to be foind but not many reviews so i made this review video now that we have had the camper and used it a lot these last couple years showing the few complaints i have and talking about the things i like as well. This camper works really well for our needs and i do not regret buying it.

    Hi, Robb
Enjoyed this video. I bought a barely used LG 5-wide late last year (2016). Customizing for just myself. The previous owners didn't like the original bed either so they invested in a really nice custom-made; only used once or twice. I don't need it and decided to sell to someone who does.
Naturally, depending on logistics for pick-up (Clearwater, FL), it's ready for a new owner.
    Again, informative video....THANKS!

Get a piece of rebar at home depot pre cut for .90 cents it may be strong enough to work. And check ebay for a 10 speed max fan $137.00 easy to install.

Use a thicker rubber gasket to keep the screw from vibrating out.

Hi - great review. We have a little guy and I’d like to give it a paint refresh. Was yours originally that gorgeous orange or did you repaint it?

That was an option and I think it was like $800. So it came thatbway from factory.

Thanks for the review! A couple of questions. Is the fan enough to keep the cabin cool or are there times you would need air conditioning? Also, assuming it's a sunny day, how long does it take to charge the battery using solar power? I'm looking into a few options for small campers and this is one on my list.

In the summer when we don't normally camp unless it is getting down to the 70's at night and the fan works well then. Most of the time if it does not get down to that temp it is miserable hot outside during the day anyway so instead we go out on the boat or something other than camping. It really is a lot like luxury tent camping. There is an AC/heat option that runs about $600 for the unit and a little more for the install kit and instillation. We have not needed that yet and have used a small space heater in the winter. It does not take long to warm up that small space with a small heater. The solar panel I have works ok to charge up for the fan and light use on normal sunny day. I don't have a meter to tell at what % it charges the battery to.

Don;t need that power unit - I've seen teardrops with manual water pump sinks - why not just replace with one of those; or just mount a water jug with a spout projecting over the sink?

i always thought the sink was a waist of space same thing as the stove. to me it is just as easy to store i 5 gallon bucket for the sink and a coleman stove to cook with... you can't camp at a camp site and dump water on the ground so why even bother with the thing... and wouldn't the space be better used storing some other stuff.?????? and if you do mosquito's and squires will attack your site...there is a clip that fell out of your fan you need to take the hole thing off only then can you snap the snap ring back on...

they make an option with no sink and stove in the back if that's what you want. I really like it. At about 7:30 I talk about using the bucket to catch sink water and we don't let it drain straight to the ground. I have never been to a place that you can't dump water on the ground nor have I had any problem with doing just that. We normally use the water to put the camp fire out. I don't think having the sink and stove diminishes the storage space back there by that much. The back is curved so the closer to the end of the trailer the less you can fit. Thanks for the tip on the fan.

i saw the hole thing... when i say 5 gallon bucket i mean to use that as a sink and a top keeps flys and vermin away... ya if you like it... i don't like the smells and cleaning up the junk on the counter...
