Okay penalties aside can we just acknowledge that this was a BATTLE of a division game and while it was a frustrating loss for Colts fan: Tennessee gg. Like this was BY FAR the most interesting game of the early games. This should have been the Sunday night game.

As a Titans fan, I wish it was a safety instead. A safety would've ended the game for the Colts. 2pts plus Titans get the ball back with 1:26 remaining. The pick 6 gave the Colts the opportunity to get the ball back with time to score for overtime.

The Tennessee Titans continue to show that they can win in spectacular fashion. They have the basic ingredients of a championship team. Their running game is well above average. The defense won't shut anybody down but they have playmakers who can take the ball away and get to the quarterback.
The most underrated aspect of this Tennessee Titans group is Ryan Tannehill. He makes the plays that are necessary to move his team up and down the field. When it comes crunch-time you rarely see him make the mistakes that put his guys in jeopardy of losing a game.
It remains to be seen if he will become the reason that the Titans win their first Super Bowl.
Done without Henry. Will be eliminated in the first playoff game.
@@Indiana_Jones-Z I think teams who can run the ball can run the ball with anybody in the backfield (Ex. Cleveland and D'Ernest Johnson). Of course Henry is a special talent, which makes your team special in a different way. But if they maintain confidence in their offensive line and keep doing what they do the Titans will still be a force come playoff time.

If Julio ever stays healthy he is just another distraction....i believe they play better with him in there but he can't stop milking his hamstring injury
@@pubert23 honestly I believe coaching staff is holding julio back until playoffs. Make everyone think he’s deteriorating and then BOOM show out in the playoffs. Yes it hurts his stats a bit but I feel he’s willing to scarf hat a bit if it means they can make a serious playoff run. At least that’s my theory. They’re just making sure he’s 120 percent come playoff time.

yup wentz throws 51 pass attempts, that’s not colts football, you’ve got the best offensive line in the league and the most explosive running back in the league. this team consistently gets out of their element when the game is close.
As a packers fan, I can say that the titans are in great form and are an underrated team this season.

The game is intense,only decided by a fieldgoal,watching on tv its hard to track where the ball is going..you just look at refs or the fans..and maybe the only visual guy out there the mascot😂

Ryan Tannehill continues to prove to everyone that he's an underrated QB, as Derrick Henry didn't score any Touchdowns today, but Ryan Tannehill managed to step up and score three Touchdowns on 23/33 through the air for two hundred and sixty five yards.

It could also be a very good play by a Veteran because he read it and came in and got it.

Carson Wentz play is exactly what anaylst Teddy Bruchi predicted. He makes some grey plays at times,and then he could back to throw dumb passing to cost his team games. The Colts lost because of Carson Wentz forces the balls into coverage when he didn't have to. The Colts defense slowed down King Henry well enough to win,and made Tallehill beat them with the pass. In the end a defense can't take everything away from a balance offensive team like the Titans. Carson Wentz has to learned to just throw it away or take a sack.

Carson Wentz is the most overrated nothing player in years. He had one good run 5 years ago. Whenever people try to talk about how he's good, they start with his height. Potential and tools mean nothing if you can't consistently use them to get wins. He sucks.
@@vzeller You're exactly right. Outside of 2017 and maybe 2019 Wentz has been mediocre at best. In 2019 he was buoyed by a late-season streak against lower quality teams where he put up big numbers. In the end, he always gets hurt, or has an outcome like today. Where is the arm strength he had in Philly? He is constantly underthrowing guys as a Colt. I watched his entire Eagle career, I'm an Eagles fan....and he is maddening. 2017 was a mirage.

I have no clue who #45 on the colts is as I'm a Cowboy's fan, but at 9:27 he got off his blocker, made the read and hit a Derrick Henry coming downhill, pretty much singlehandedly stopping him dead in his tracks. That's absolutely unbelievable. That is highlight, Textbook, pro bowl football right there. I feel like that's a play most people would gloss over but that was pure football gold right there.

@@Johenz all QBs are highly paid... Wentz has been a difference maker though. He's been the best decision by the GM by far this year. Only four INTS(half of them in that one game) and 14 pass TDs plus 2-3 rush TDs is VERY GOOD.

Tannenhill signed a contract a year after wentz for less money because he’s expected to do less. Wentz gets paid more to get the pressure. Also wentz isn’t a difference maker, colts lost 5 games last year and 8 games into the season they already lost 5 games…….

All I'm saying is people will ignore Wentz for the most part when he balls out most of the games and then seize the opportunity like vermin when he throws 2 interceptions. The literally only had two before ONE before that. (3 on the season) If that isn't pretty good, I don't know what is. It's literally one of the best rates in the NFL. People keep forgetting that when he had good coaching(and an actual ACL lol) he was an MVP candidate. The fact that he's doing this well with a bad last season, injuries galore, banged up o-line, banged-up WR corps, and facing some really good teams has got to mean SOMETHING. Or is everyone unwilling to give Wentz the TINIEST BIT OF RESPECT?!

Titans with a huge win. I am so happy to see this team succeeding against Bills, Chiefs, Colts, teams alot of people picked them to lose before the season started.
What concerns me is the injuries and penalties. Everyone is banged up, but still 6-2 somehow. Should have been 7-1 if AJ or Julio played against the Jets.
I will not be surprised if Titans lose next week against Rams, (injuries, fatigue) taking alot out of them. But I know whoever is on the field next sunday, will give it 100000000% percent.
