Don't put Costello on the stand. Because on the cross the confusion with the date/year would then put into question his honesty. Right now, the defense is being seen as being honest, and the prosecution the liars. Why even put that thought about the defense lying into the heads of the jurors? The gain from the Costello account isn't enough if the jurors start to question their honesty.
Been observing trial, from what I see it does not look like they are going to put Costello on the stand. I think he was not on the witness list and despite the fact the corrupt judge allowed the prosecution to do anything they wanted to regarding witnesses the corrupt judge might not allow Costello to testify based on lack of notice.
Blanche can still call him. They are not done with Cohen. Monday is wrap up for him. but yes you are correct as of today he is still not on witness list. it was floated around though that he wanted to finish with Cohen first.

I would like to see Costello testify. And I would like the fact that he met with Bragg who deliberately withheld information from grand jury. If this were to come out , then how many people has Bragg prosecuted where he also withheld pertinent information from the grand jury. If there is any way possible to bring this out ,Then Bragg deliberately tried this case as election intrrference. And should be prosecuted for it.
