If you mean that you keep getting your ass kicked, you gotta learn the fighting patterns, which are kind of easy once you get the hang of it. Once you unlock the arena mode, I'd say play it for a while until you feel more confident with your fighting abilities. There's also a guide on steam on how to tackle certain enemies.

Thought I replied to this a day ago, but my comment is not there anymore? Anyways that's pretty much the point of the game. You're dying and you do what you think is best for your last moments. Whether that means immediately unaliving yourself with your first gun purchase or rising further into the ranks of the Yakuza.

@@vutridung2833 he's having a lung cancer, at the prologue when he first sleep at the hotel, you can see he coughed blood. So everyday he will lose 1 to 5 hp.

You go there in the evening/night. So after you go to Azuma's Office, go to some location to do whatever, then go to the construction site.
