As a person who lost a parent over 14 years ago i can say it does get easier when you accept that they have passed on. Easier meaning you adjust. Therapy and God helped me. Remembering all the good times and embracing who your parent was makes the journey better.

I can relate to everything you said. I have also known God for most of my life and I believe that most Christians who have, tend to be more lukewarm then christians who lived for the world and later met Christ in their journey of life, I also believe that this is because most of the former group of Christians did not choose God for themselves, but were born in an environment or family of believers and that is how they were exposed to God (which there is absolutely nothing wrong with that). This video changed my life because in as much as my mom is still alive I do not want it to take losing her for me to fully choose God. I am leaving this comment here because I have decided to re-dedicate my life to Him and say no to being a lukewarm Christian

Thank you for sharing and being his vessel during your mourning period. I too lost my mother in 2021from Covid. I asked God the same questions of why me? The answer was than who? When I look back my mother conquered this life and everything that God presented to her. She definitely outlived her purpose and needed to rest. Babes the Lord is your strength uzoba ryt.
