Was the police car parked in the road not a clue? Flashing lights at someone won’t make them put their seatbelt on, put the number plate on their car, suddenly buy insurance or swap to road legal plates. Not one motorist was fined for going through the water. The driving style of Americans is similar to the driving style in Russia, they don’t follow traffic rules too much, very few people use turn signals there, you need to be careful. Europeans are much more cultured drivers, they try to follow the rules, probably because of the huge fines. I wish you a pleasant and interesting journey, I look forward to new videos.

I'm not sure the police are really supposed to set up ambushes like that, without evidence of any crime, in the uk either tbh. That's why speed cameras have to be painted bright yellow, and although I'm sure they often don't, speed trap police are supposed to be clearly visible. Similarly permenant speed cameras have to be signposted in advance of the camera. Edit: Some googling later, and what I said isn't true though. Police can indeed conceal themselves, especially if it's in a good spot to stop for a spot of lunch; and presumably painting speed cameras yellow and signposting them is just a nicety

That is why they are WRITTEN DOWN. Read them.

I honestly can't work out what the police are actually stopping the vehicles for. Splooshing?! With the UKs heavy rain and the ever worsening roads, 'splooshing' is frequently an entirely unavoidable thing. Must cars no longer sploosh? Or is vehiclular splooshing for entertainment a crime? What even are these new splooshing laws that are being enforced here?
Day's gone past, this used to be a fun to watch people daring to get from one side to the other side water challenge. All it looks like here is a revenue collection for the police and council. If these government officials are so concerned, then why the hell not build a bridge over this river crossing. It has past its fun adventure and is quite boring watching police chase down these hardened criminals.

Once, i explained 5 police men in Mc donalds in Stretford that the local cyclists and pedestrian lanes had been incorrecrly marked by road painting subcontractors leading to confusion and potentially accidents . The response? Not interested, not our job , tell the council. Professional bullies and idiots 😅.
