Predatory check cashing places are predominantly in poor neighborhoods….because that is exactly the type of people who are desperate…..and at a 400% interest rate? First off, as an ex commercial roofer, the tar is 600°+. Second off that will make or break a mufukka. Did it for 6 years until I got my electrical license. I love Adam but he wouldn't last till first break on the roof.
