I purchased this bike yesterday.
The initial impression of the mileage of 160R is pretty amazing considering that this is a brand new engine and currently in break in period. It's definitely a complete package 🔥

Hero is always a good mileage bike. I have a CBZ Xtreme 2009 model and it has done 1lack 40 thousand km and still gives me 55kmpl.

Gearfliq does the right method of mileage testing. FI system's mileage test cannot be done with 1 litre petrol, it can only be measured correctly with full tank fuel. 👍

In this video you can see that he many time cross the economy line where he went beyond 60kmph. Actually this is a good way of testing as we can't travel in economy most of the times. 👍 Tu hero for achieving 48 kmpl even in this condition

That's a proper method to get a mileage test. Well done. Loving to see it. I haven't any bike. I should go with this.
The method is foolproof. However, it must be run more than a mere 50 kms in order to minimise any error in fuel filling. Need at least 200-300 kms ride in a mix of city and highway traffic. That said, I believe the actual mileage will be around 55 kmpl in the city once the engine is run in and servicing done.

In 1and half years of running experience of Apache RTR 160 4v. I am getting milage of 48- 55 in city and highway ride. During rash rides milage drops to 43-46. In a recent test of milage, my machine run 600km in 11.24ltr fuel. It's almost 53km milage. Wich is impressive for me

Mileage age test at 30-35 km/h speed. You TH-camrs are paid and not trustworthy at all. Real life driving is in between 40-70 km/h at good roads including frequent gear change. Dislike for unreal video👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

The unhinged Fuel cap feels so terrible. At least Hero should have provided a hinged type fuel cap suiting the modern styling of this bike.
