    I loved this segment and I found it at a perfect time. I myself began eating plant based as part of a fast. Then I began walking and felt a huge difference in my endurance. God rewarded me by blessing me in reaching a goal to walk over this 2 mile bridge and back. I was excited. Just recently during a well visit with my 17 year old. I asked the doctor to do a work-up on him so I can check his cholesterol levels, strokes run in my family. His levels were off the charts. So we have to change our habits. I began using the amino acids to replace salt. We will be making time to exercise and spend more time in produce department instead of the freezer aisles.
    I have to find a balance to change my lifestyle, in order to help him change his. His older brother has special needs and after he began contracting pneumonia so frequently and hospital stays. God placed it on my heart to change what I feed him. The Father provides for all our needs and all the fruits and vegetables, plants etc., all things natural obtain healing, purifying, restorative, regenerative, and protective properties. So I began making bone broth, giving him green tea or matcha, beet juice, kale juice and God remaining faithful and obedient and in prayer over him, for him and with him. God has performed so many miracles and blessed his body more times than I can mention. All that to say, " if I am doing this and seeing God work in my child with special needs. Then it's what I need to do for my teenager and myself because of our need to be healthy and honor the temple God has given us". Good things in, removes the bad things inside.

    I LOVE this so much!! I am an health and wellness Pro and I incorporate a lot of scripture in what I do. I felt attacked recently for sharing it from that perspective but this just lit my fire. Thank you so much!

    Another video that cuts deep lol. I’ll start with investing in the liquid amino acid and make a goal to cut out the dairy. Thank you sir again for helping us to live a balance life!

    As far as tips, I often let me son come up with combinations. As a single parent, it's important for me to teach him how to eat healthier and it's even things he's talked to his dad about. My son was listening to this while he was playing and it sounds like you both encouraged him as well. We are blessed by you and your family

    This was right up my alley😀! YESSSSSSS!!! Stop complaining about the cost & pay now OR complain about the cost & pay much worse later! After the meds to pacify the issue & the doc bills accumulate, you could've paid the extra for the better choices🤷🏾‍♀️! You 2 are the best!!!

    Love ya'll! One thing I like for the omega 3s & 6s is flavored flaxseed oil. The kids really like it. Also, my little athletes like brown rice protein shakes (vanilla almond milk, vanilla protein powder, frozen fruit, flaxseed oil and spinach) . Gotta try the liquid aminos for sure. Thanks!

    I am LOVING going paleo/whole30 in my weekly lunches. I have eliminated cheese from my diet and all cow's milk. It's really helped clear my skin a lot and I feel so much better! It's true. Food is medicine. :)

    Another blessing from the Evans family! Thank you for highlighting health and wholeness. I believe we have definitely suffered from the lack of knowledge in this area. I have started to eat breakfast later and eat dinner earlier. So, the intermittent fasting is healing me. I praise the Lord! Thank you again. More vlogs on health and wellness please.

    Great information! I recently returned to the office for work and there are NO healthy choices around me and gained weight that I lost while I was working from home. Thanks for the reminder: our bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit. I need to make the time to prep my meals and snacks for when I'm in the office.

    We've stop buying soda and replaced it with water. We also eat more vegetables and we make fruit smoothies!

    I have been on a plant-based diet for a while now and I’ve never felt better. I eat vegetables, fruits, beans, legumes, nuts and seeds, and whole grains. No dairy, no oil because oil clogs your arteries. I just love eating this way

    Mannnnn, on Pizza Friday I had to watch this video. I guess I gotta figure out another option tonight lol. But great message for us on how to treat our temples. I didn't know dairy was the second leading cause of all cancers. My family, we're vegetarians and have struggled with eliminating dairy (mainly because i like lots of cheese). Meat was easy to get rid of but cheese has been a struggle. We incorporate vegetables and fruit into our children's diet. But I have found myself running out of meal ideas as my children are super picky. Thanks to all three of you all for sharing.

    Im going on 11 months no Whataburger, McDonald’s,taco bueno we’ll all my favorite fast foods and started eating salads and grains I’ve lost 15-17 lbs so far 😅 the thing was I went to the doctor and I did blood work test and my cholesterol number was a lil high
    definitely need all the tips I can get to stay healthy 🙋🏽‍♂️🙏🏽

      Great job on sticking to it! 11 months is a great and the longer you do it the easier it gets. I had very high blood pressure so I stopped fast food and cook everything myself & now it is much healthier. Went from almost 3 pills to control my blood pressure to half of ONE! THANK YOU LORD for wisdom!

    The best healthy habit: making fasting a lifestyle and apart of your life’s journey. There are some mothers of the church who are still ticking in their 90s because fasting was a way of life for them! In Jesus Christ name Amen.

    I have cut out dairy except for an occasional ice cream; however, I am looking for nondairy options for that. Are plant based options for dairy items such cheese, butter, sour cream better alternatives?

    Thank you for sharing what you are doing with your family. I need to do a much better job with my family, at home a cook Gluten Free (not when we go out) I do not buy snacks with dyes. I need to ween my kids off cheese (they suffer from allergies) what alternative milk to you like the best?
