The problem with every judicial system is the system. It doesn't work on logic. So to this case, even though the actual murderer confessed a long time ago, they never pursued it legally. There was supposed to be an appeal, that should have been followed up. If they had exhausted their appeals, then they needed help from the Executive Arms of the government. It's just sad

We've all got to stretch fort out hands, especially on the prisons, there's more sad stories behind the scenes. Being sent to prison, u being released n not too long, u again lose your child, the Lord console u Mr Tetteh.

Ghana’s judicial system is a complete mockery of freedom and justice an emblem of the nation. The judiciary must pay restitution to this man for the thirty-three years unjustly spent behind bars. Those wrongly testified against him must be made to pay compensation to him.

It is just unfortunate that this country (Ghana) doesn't honor its heroes. Mr Ibrahim Oppong Kwarteng, "Cote D'Ivoire" and a few others should have had a roundabout, a community or a highway named after them or better still given the "key to the city" and honored at one of our national parades. This is over a year ago but just seeing this , Ghana government is supposed to compensate him at least 3million ghs for not conducting a serious investigation or interrogation to find the man lied on him , I know it’s Africa and not the US but this mistake could’ve been avoided, at least compensate this man since he’s now at retirement age so he can take care of his kids the way he wishes and connect with them well
