Hospitals, doctors offices and schools should be places where good nutrition is taught and provided not places that contribute to disease and obesity. It is crazy the hospitals are feeding people the very food that caused the heart disease, high blood pressure or cancer that they are treating. Every person in the hospital should receive some nutrition education before being released. Every doctor visit should be an opportunity to educate patients about how food choices impacts their health outcomes. The fact that doctors do not get nutrition training as part of their training makes no sense. Medicare and Medicaid should require nutrition education as part of patient care. Focus should be on food choices. Fasting should be investigated as a treatment for disease.

Go vegan for your health, whole food plant based.
Go vegan for the animals. Go vegan for the planet. Go vegan and be healthier and happier.
A lower risk of heart disease and cancer for you and a better planet for everyone, human and animals.
Eating healthy is not a diet it is a healthy life style.
Go out and look around. The vast majority of people you see are obese or al least over weight.
People do not need to be fat shamed BUT being over weight is not healthy and leads to a host of illnesses.
When you look around you can see all the unhealthy people without taking a blood test or a fitness test
"NORMAL" for the average American is "UNHEALTHY" The health of society is in decline.

Processed food manufacturers need to hear from consumers that less ADDED chemicals, sugar, oil and salt is wanted in their food products.
Why is there so much ADDED sugar in everything, even bread. That's just crazy
Email, text, tweet or phone your favorite producer of poison and let them know consumers want less salt, oils and sugars in their products.
Let their customer service department know that all the extra added salt, oil and sugar is not necessary or desired and is causing health issues.
Reduce or eliminate highly processed food from your diet if you can.

Bobby, can you do a video on 'the dangers of eating too many vegetables'? I know that sounds absurd, but I really like my vegetables and I get carried away preparing them. In the pot they go and I don't tend to cook pasta, rice or other grains. I make my own wholemeal bread so it is not like I have completely missed out a food group, but still, I have seen lots of advice on 'cutting out the carbs' ('carbs' is a red flag word for me), but my problem is not enough grains. Or it could be. It is not that I don't like rice or pasta, I just don't have enough room for it.
There are always seasonal vegetables, so, right now, I go extra on the new season brussel sprouts and I am into beetroot right now. I have my other favourites of sweet potato, normal potato, swede (turnip) and carrots, plus other leafy greens. Most of these are quite starchy but tastier when in the pot.
The only fat I have is a spot of olive oil in the air fryer and peanut butter, which I consciously eat so I get some fat. I tend to slow cook everything out of laziness. I eat to satiety every evening and have bread or air fried snacks at other times. I don't eat any rabbit food. Nor do I buy vegetables in jars. I get B12 from Marmite, which is a British thing that goes on bread. So no supplements.
Sugar does not enter my home and absolutely no processed food. I go through lots of lentils and pinto beans. Apart from Marmite there is another processed food - tofu, which I have about once a week. Fruit always happens, with lots of citrus, never made into smoothies.
It does sound absurd to ask if it is safe to eat lots of vegetables, however, despite always cooking and eating very large portions of food, I think I must be losing rather than gaining weight.
I don't use a fridge or a freezer so, if I buy vegetables, I have to eat them. I can't just leave half a swede lying around, I have to eat it, same if I buy a butternut squash. Carrots go off quick if you don't use a fridge so I have to eat them quickly too.
Obviously I don't eat any animal products! My world is upside down, everyone seems to struggle to lose weight and can easily add it on, but I have the opposite problem. I struggle to gain weight and can lose it far too easily. These fat people do not realise how lucky they are. I wish I could put on weight like they do. I could make a conscious effort to force feed myself untold avocados every day. Pasta does not suit my slow cooking style. Would rice help me to get fat?
I don't have scales but my BMI was19 last time I was at the doctors, which is at the low end of the healthy range. Is everyone just so fat these days that it just does not feel right to be thin? I am male so it is not like I need fat for childbirth reasons. What are the dangers of eating too many vegetables, legumes, pulse and fruit without grains?
I do have nuts which I can binge eat, some with dried fruits such as raisins. But really I am worried about eating too many vegetables. I don't want to eat sugar again as it is so nice to have a digestive tract that works perfectly, with teeth that feel great. I don't want to drink alcohol either. Nor dairy.
I only got into this weird way of eating and cooking because I just wanted to see if I could avoid sugar for a week, that felt good so I quit all the animal products and coffee too, to fully banish all processed foods. I don't do smoothies because I have all of my own teeth.
It sounds like I am trolling, but, if you have gone WFPB (an acronym I never knew) and are a 'closet vegan', what can you eat to bulk up a bit?
Will rice help, and what problems are there if you go a bit low on grains?
Please do a video for the people out there that are afraid of ending up as skin and bones even though they don't starve themselves and over indulge in vegetables. Thank you.
