THIS OUT OF LIKE 13 OTHER TUTORIALS WAS FAR SIMPLE A LOT OF PHOTOSHOP TH-camRS FORGET THAT MOST PEOPLE THAT ARE LOOKING UP PHOTOSHOP TUTORIALS ARE NOOBIES AND YET THEY STILL TALK A LOT OF TECHNICAL JARGEN NEW PEOPLE DONT UNDERSTAND THIS WAS THE BEST VIDEO AS IT WAS ACTUALLY SIMPLE TO UNDERSTAND!! This is the best Photoshop tutorial ever produced. It's short and sweet, all of the other go through so many steps and it still doesn't cut out the background right. This actually did it in like 3-4 steps. This truly deserve over 1 million views and 100k likes.

This is the GREATEST tip I've ever heard about photoshop. For years I've used the magic want and it's always been a challenge to get the whole selection when there's letters and closed shapes etc. The "Similar" option under the selection is a gamechanger. Thank you so much Ashley!

You're an absolute genius. I work with PS for so long I usually did it manually, with the wand and after white pixel for white pixel removed. This is life-changing, to convert in a smart object and paint it black... LOL. I even feel dumb for never realizing that. Thank you so much for this quality content.

after trying to find the right video for a white knockout for white t shirts for 30 mins to an hour i finally found it thanks!
Just try this. Brilliant! Works well for 1 colored logo (or logo with separate color like in the vid) coz the background selection not all properly remove (on some of the edges) Still need to do some touch up if the "color overlay" not an option (I mean if u still want to use the original colors that mixed in the logo)
