This is/was my fourth year as a beekeeper. I'm clumsy and knocked over a hive last month and got stung 60-80 times. I've been stung before but that many stings put me in the hospital. Now I carry an epipen. I sold my hives. I need to be gold hunting. Cheers!
Tunnel One... you found one of my spots from the 60's. The nails are from the rail road and could be worth something historically. The narrow gauge rail road reached that spot September 1871 and the line was torn up in 1941 The trains did not go through the tunnels (1,2 and 3),they were build by the State after the RR grade became available for paving.
Really cool!! I love the VR video idea and also the gopro sure helps thats my next investment. Lots of metals and gold! Nice cleanup too thanks for sharing!

I'm very new to your channel I'm the guy who's granddaughter dumped/ate my lil vile of Gold. I lived in Colorado Springs for a time spent time at Fort Carson but never did go panning. I just wanted to say thank you for taking your time to help a novice.

Yes sweat bees, or Ciphids do not sting. These are yellow jackets, a hornet that are extremely aggressive and have a painful sting. Google "yellow jacket" you'll see.
Really enjoy your videos. I like that you cut to the chase and don't give us 5 minutes of driving down the road and 10 minutes of hiking to your spot. You get right down to business. Good video...I liked seeing how much Lead is in our streams...It's over the top...we need to make our fishing weights out ot heavy metal that isn't toxic...Bullets too...
You need that vacuum you made, from a leaf blower, in another video. The same way the dredger's do under water. Just suck out all those crevices, especially way down low.
No warm waters anywhere near this location,,,also has always been private property around that bend....much of that river is BLM but not allowed to prospect...at least last known to me...used to work that canyon early 70's thru about 2000...long before B.H. and C.C. changes...used to be common spot for target practice ,also other side of Hwy on top of hillside...probably find lots of lead if detecting...
