@@lauriegrube007 Hi Laurie, If you mean specialty dining like Chibang and Cucina Capitano then it is included the first round ($8 after). Other such as 555 Steakhouse, Emeril's Bistro, Rudi's SeaGrill, Bonsai Sushi & Teppayaki are not included.
Addition notes, there are 4 Carnival ships that can carry more than 5 thousand passengers: Celebration, Jubilee, Mardi Gras and Venezia (a Costa ship). On the smaller ships there are less restaurants than on that Carnival big 4 ships.

I didn’t see at what time does pizza close at night?
During our cruise, Miami Slice was open 9 AM - 4 AM (the next morning).
Did I see deep-dish pizza at Pig & Anchor?
For the Late-Night Buffet that was served there, yes!
