How did Ralph shrink so much? He looks about 7 foot flat now.

Nah, Ralph Sampson was never 7'4 to begin with. He was 7'2 at most, look at his pics standing next to 7'2 Kareem Abdul Jabbar. On the other hand, Yao Ming came into the NBA measuring 7'5 but has actually grew 1-2 inches since so he's probably closer to 7'7 now.
