I’ll usually take a cheaper bag to the hairdressers for the same reason. Nobody’s going to treat our babies the way we do. 😂

I finally scored an Evelyne PM off the Hermes website. I didn't have time to even think about it or else I would have lost it again. I have been waiting for about 2 years now to score this bag. I hope I like it. If I'm unsure of it, I most likely will end up keeping it just in case I change my mind again and most likely will not be able to score it again. I got it in Noir with gold hardware. Do you still love this bag?
First, congratulations! It's so hard to buy a bag from the website - I've tried and when I click on it to purchase, it's gone! I still love my Evelyne PM. I find myself wearing it over the shoulder with a twilly I bought rather than crossbody. Many times, when I put it crossbody, the strap somehow gets twisted in the back and I have to readjust it. Black with gold hardware is a classic color. I'd recommend getting a bag organizer so that you have some organization in the bag. Again, congrats on snatching the Evelyne in a neutral color from the website! 👍

hahaha! I wish... I went to a Michellin restaurant in Portugal and they gave us a special chair for my bag! Needless to day, I was thrilled! 😆

That shawl!!🥰 I was getting a pedicure and the nail tech grabbed my birkin to put it way. I grabbed it back. We played a solid 10 seconds of birkin tug of war. Thankfully, I won!!! 😂
Omg!!!! What a nightmare!!!! I’ve learned my lesson - I will NEVER take expensive bag to hair salons or outdoor fairs (the food droppings! Argggg!). 😂😂😂
I agree, I love having a organizer in mine as well. The organizer I bought has a zipper on the top, so I feel that helps a bit with security. Your twilly strap is super cute and allows for so much more versatility.
This bag would not be so good without any organization because it’s deep, floppy, and has no compartment. Thanks so much for watching! ❤️

That's why I don't allow anyone to handle my bag. My friends and family can't even touch them, lol!

I usually don't let anyone handle my bags either. But, the woman just came up and said "I'll take care of it for you", and I thought she was going to put it at the nearby table. I had no idea that she'd turn around and shove it in the metal locker! My heart still gets a little twinge whenever I look at the scratch at the corner. 😔
Ahh I would be so upset if they shoved my bag into the locker! They didn’t realize it was an Hermès 😡
She definitely had no idea of the cost of this bag. It's totally my fault for taking an expensive bag to a hair dresser. But, yes, my heart stopped when I saw it happening, then I had to put it out of my mind as I sat on the chair getting my hair cut. 😮💨
Great review Maggie. It makes sense with the wide strap it feels so much better with the heavy bag. I think the hair dresser probably doesn’t know it is very expensive bag. I wish they have between size. Great idea to use twill as a shoulder bag. Awesome video Maggie.💕

I drop by this video immediately when I saw you dressed with your new scarf. You look so good with it 😁. Like your cute little pouch too. The incident at your hairdresser is regrettable, I feel the assistant should be careful when handling customers’ possessions. And yes, the Evelyn in the size you’ve looks very good as a shoulder bag.

It's my stupid fault for taking an expensive bag to get my hair cut - she had no idea of the cost. I think the Evelyn PM looks better on my as a shoulder bag due to it's size. This is an incredible color and they just came out with the new version of this color. Do you see careful when you wear it? Do you have to worry about color transfer or do you wear it with denim or a black dress for you only wear this with my colors
I don't really worry about color transfer because my casual clothes are washed before worn. Also, when I wear dark new clothing (or red), I rub a white hand towel to see if the color will bleed. I'm not careful when I wear this bag and I don't have any color transfer. 😊

Thank you so much! just make sure that the organizer doesn't have a thick edging especially on top since you don't want the bag organizer to create an indentation on the leather. ❤

The one that I currently use is from Maitai Collection. maitaicollection.com/. One thing to note is that unlike felt, where it can more likely stick to the interior suede, the fabric maitai insert can is more likely to come away from the interior of the bag (I hope I'm making sense). If I'm getting any kind of insert, I'd make sure that there's no folded fabric or any hard edges since it can create an unwanted stretch or line in the area. I think I talked about the issue with my felt insert on my TPM video..... Thanks for watching and commenting on my video Shannon! ❤
