    You’re an incredible person Mike!
Thank you for putting together such a nicely made straight to the punch video.
I know it might be a simple task for most people but you’re a life savor for us who have no experience and want to tinker around.
As always, appreciate your time, vast knowledge and willingness to help others.
Mine definitely started taking the piss

Hey John, you beat me to it again.😊 I was going to open up the steering box today but I had to change the alternator on my wife’s car instead.

Good work John, my W111 power steering pump isn't leaking (yet!) however I was dreading the day I'd have to reseal it - thinking it was going to be as complex as the steering box (now there's a nightmare, right there), quite the opposite! I find it interesting the pump is made by "Vickers" I'm assuming the very same British firm that made both sowing machines and machine guns?
Point of interest for you, the pin retaining the pressure relief valve, is known as a "Roll pin" . good call on putting a little oil on the seal lip, I've seen them squeal if assembled dry - not fun especially if it's a transmission front pump seal !☹- ask me how I know? and yes that was a very long time ago.
    Cheers Glenn - Oz.

Cheers Glenn. It really is an easy job. The hard part is finding that o ring on the pressure relief valve. From the measurements it could probably be found from a third party. Stay cool. Cheers John.
