I know this is unrelated to this video but, I watched the "how lethal are blanks" video and it got me to thinking on how Brandon Lee reportedly died. A projectile was unknowingly lodged in the barrel and when they used a blank round it fired and killed Brandon. It would be cool if you could try and re-create this and see how lethal this can be and from what distance, with different calibers. Just a thought.
A blank will quite happily kill you. The concussive pressure from the gunpowder detonating in the case is still present, even if the bullet doesn't come out of the gun the same way a bullet from a "normal" round would. That concussive pressure is still enough to cause potentially lethal damage.

I just wanted to comment and say thank you for this video today. I lost my father 11/15/2022 to cancer and I was watching this video after a long, sad day. I have been watching this channel for a long time and it’s a break from reality and the content is always great and intros are hilarious. I’m a local LE in Kentucky so naturally I’m also a fan of KY Ballistics. My father always wanted to go to Scotland because that is where his family is all from but never got the chance to go. You guys are all legends. I live near Chicago Illinois and shooting in my yard is frowned upon by the local government so I get my fix by watching you guys. I started shooting with my dad at 7 years old and haven't looked back.
