To all the people talking about they need gloves. Gloves melt around fryers, so it is hard to use them. Also, by the Food and Beverage Administration, you are supposed to change gloves after 15 minutes of use and wash your hands for 16 seconds in between changes, pretty hard to when your slammed! And last, VERY many places you eat at, do not use gloves, and many of them are big time chef's, Ramsey, Puck, and all those big timers that own big time restaurants! They are however, are supposed to wash their hands often and in between touching foods.

Again, even before the pandemic, we were required to wash our hands every 15 to 20 minutes, slammed or not. And if it does get busy. We stock. On a normal day we always drop small amount of pieces of chicken. 6-8 piece consistently, but when the rush comes we stock. 10 piece. That buys time to wash hands properly. No hate but it can be done. My co workers are very well trained to do all of it.

And it's either mild or spicy seasoning. Then put it in a big pan and put in the cooler. You're not too far off though, the oil makes the chicken tender and juicy.

Employees are rude some of them are. I have never seen such tiny chicken before the wings and legs. The taste is not the same anymore and the quality.

Which by averages could be around ~3,000-5,000 chickens they cook and sell every month.
The Louisiana Popeyes chicken on Edison in pipeline this Has happened to me three times that I have ordered and paid and come home and find missing orders today again I ordered eight pieces of chicken tenders up on shrimp and two biscuits and once again come home check no biscuits this is the third time and when you call them they make you hold for 10 minutes and then in message says I’ll call again it’s really shit that they shortchanged you when you go there and you’re a customer first of all they tell you to wait but we will bring the food to you and after 10 minutes they bring the food and the order is not complete

Everyone does realize that the man cooking in this video did everything to a t, except the fact that he clapped his chicken(clapping the chicken together to get rid of excess flour) directly over the fryer.. Which in return causes an excessive amount of crumbs to build at the bottom of the fryer, and when the access crumbs build up they begin to form around the heating coils causing them to burn.. which in return gives your famous Popeyes chicken a very burnt/nasty taste.. if your gonna do it do it right😉
Gloves in restaurants are usually a sign of bad health practices. Its much more sanitary to wash hands constantly than to keep doing activities with the same gloves all day long
