Have any tips for having the time/energy to workout when you work at a normal crap job that saps you of all energy? :P Like I literally come home feeling like crap and want to go to bed at the end of the day. Last thing I wanna do is workout, but I know I need to. Any tips?
I had this with uni, it would be 9 till go knows what time in the evening, so I started waking up earlier in the mornings to get a workout in. It sucks, but my justification was i'd rather be tired in uni, then too tired to workout. And after a few weeks your body adjusts to the early wake ups.

Think of it this way..It takes 21 days to develop a habit. That habit then becomes a routine. Don't think about it. Just do. Just start :) it's always hard at the start but persist
Try to get in the habit of going to bed early so you can wake up early to work out. I've gotten in the routine of going to bed at 9:30pm and waking up at 6am to workout.
I also work 12 hours a day and there is so limted time to workout. Getting your workout in in the morning helped me a lot too. It's the time I carve out for myself so I can start the day with a positive feeling. After work I'm mostly also too tired. Try to wake up an hour earlier and do some short workouts. Half an hour mostly is enough. It really works, I promise :)
I loved the vlog as always but kinda felt anxious because I know you got a little sick at some point during the trip so I was there on food watch thinking of what could have disrupted Sezzy's tummy hahaha

I used to simply follow counting my macros and eating whatever I wanted as long as it "fit"... but my stomach was always bothering me and I just felt tired all the time. Watching your channel has really pushed me to fuel my body with whole foods. Love your channel SO much and Kurt along with it! He seems like he makes you so happy.😍😍😍

I'm limited when it comes to exercise and working my upper body, do you have any tips or anything to still work and achieve my desired goal while I'm going through this 6 month recovery?
