Dog bone upgrades are a very Controversial topic in the RS3/TTRS community. And for the right reasons, This upgrade has been sitting on our shelf waiting for the built R30 VR6 setup to be ready, in this video we cover Complete bushing upgrades for the RS3, removing the OEM pucks and taking a look what 800+ launches does to OEM components, and then compare and install the @034motorsport bushing upgrades and why we chose rubber mount upgrades vs Poly urethane.

People do this on stage 2's even. You can really feel the extra kick when changing gears.
100000% we’ve rocked the 034 inserts for the OEM pucks and pendulum for a while now, but it’s time to upgrade the entire pushing
Who makes that cam cover? Any issues with the catch can filling up too fast?

Stock dogbone?! Legit. I was debating upgrading the bar. I ordered from 034 the inserts. Also subframe ones. Contemplating still the bar but seems you guys don’t need it, then I definitely don’t

@ Malala Motorsports what’s are your thoughts on a 3.6 v6(Vr6?) in the Porsche Cayenne?
Vr6 are good engines and the newer stuff has been worked over for years so pretty reliable these days

I commented earlier, but it must've went away. I have been looking into upgrading the dogbone and engine/trans mounts. Thanks for this video! I always wondered what the best route is since manufacturers just want your money and don't care how the product performs nor the longevity.
On a similar note, how do you feel towards the street engine/trans mounts from 034? I hear people say they're still too aggressive, but they may have the poly dogbone. I almost sprung towards the black forest mounts but I am not sure at this point in time still.
Which is the part number for this upgrade mounts?
