- I love Ice-cream cakes because they're so simple to make and delicious! You basically need three ingredients to make this ice cream cake- rusk, mangoes and ice-cream!
This mango ice-cream cake it no bake, eggless and super delicious. In fact made it for my birthday and everyone at home loved it! So if you are looking for a lockdown birthday cake to make this summer, this simple ice-cream cake is perfect. Hey just letting you all know that.. i made this and it freaking worked. It looks amazing.
I added some grated coconut also i used homemade mango jam above the cake and it's i the freezer. I looks damn good! Thanks we need more no bake recipes which are affordable.
Also i used a normal cake pan and pur 2 layers of pollythin then made the cake and it workedd!!!

Hi Shivesh, thank you again for a great recipe. However, I too had the same problem. The cake when freezed became too hard to cut into and if the keep the cake outside for long, the top layer starts melting.
I wish I could have that door which Doreamon had so I could reach at shivesh’s place and could enjoy this

Thank you so much for this super simple yet yummy recipe. I tried this out with the exact ingredients and it turned out yummy!! However, the ice cream and other layers for crystallizaed so much that it was difficult to cut into the cake. The top layer melted very quickly and the rest of the cake remained hard. How do we prevent crystallization and ensure that all the layers are at the same temperature. Thanks for all the great recipes and tips! Big fan!
