What an incredible day at White Sands National Park! The Dune Life Nature Trail looks like a fantastic hike, and sledding down the sand dunes seems like so much fun. Beautiful place to start the day. Glorious views all around. Shame you didn`t have chance to enjoy more time there. Another amazing train. We really like the White Sands. We have ended up here on three road trips. That first loop trail is really interesting located as it is at the edge of the dune field. As well as day time wanders into the heart of the dunes we have enjoyed three visits at sunset on different trips. As the sun goes down the sands take on a quite ethereal atmosphere with an almost pearlescent glow. It is a magical time of day and has kept us coming back to enjoy the experience once more. If only we could repeat all those experiences. Keep making those memories ladies! Robert & Ivor
Loved your view where you had lunch and glad you tried sledding. Walking back up after skedding down is the worst part 🤣 so hard to walk up a sand dune.
Oh those treks back up the dunes are EXHAUSTING - lol - we would have loved to do it more, but after a few times it makes your legs turn to jelly! Thanks for watching!
Hi Karen and Shannon, Oh back in New Mexico..haha a friend of mine was visiting New Mexico but the city is huge and modern. i am glad to see there is some remarkable beauty of nature to enjoy. OMGoodness, a long long...endless train cars sitting, containers after containers? haha I do not want to caught by a train and waiting for a long period Flat Flat and Flat like i am driving in FL haha wow Dune Life Nature trail..it is just like beach... This geological characters fascinates me. wowowo hhaha have some fun like a kido 12:18 I am imagining the entire area was under the water.....now you are hiking on This is very unique experience. I took advantage of it and enjoy it . Now you two are in AZ.....hahah surely the scenery has changed. See you next episode. Apologies for my belated comments.
