Let me know if do any other type of maintenance for your SliderPlus to keep it sliding smooth! I also respond to every comment to feel free to ask any questions :)
Great video! I take the rubber belts off after every use and the store them rolled together with magnets on and store them. It's a simple procedure takes 5 mins. tops and ensures the never get that memory bump.
Can you do me a HUGE favor? I just bought a new Slider Plus as my old one is about 5 years old. They sent me the notched betls but they are not cut to the correct size. Can you please remove the belts and the magnets and tell me the exact measurements? When I received the new Slider Plus, I did receive belts, but they were way too long. I had to cut them with no guide and I ended up cutting them too short, and now I can't use my slider or my old one. There is also a Head One stuck on the top of my old Slider Plus, which is why I can't just use the older belts...I can't get that thing off. Anyway, if you could measure one of the notched belts and let me know, that would be huge. Edelkrone support has yet to give me that measurement.
great video Edlekrone has nothing like this video and totally should. Their FAQ and troubleshooting section suuuuuuucks. I'm having an issue with my geared belts being way too tight to put on. I can't figure out how to adjust the tension. The manual says something about sliding the ends out if it's too loose (but I still cant figure that out either)
Hey there :) thank you for the kind comments. So the only thing I can think of is you have to screw off the ends and try to tighten them a little farther on the belt. You probably have a little bit of extra room to play around with to widen the whole belt

Definitely a good idea and something I will always do going forward.
Thanks for the comment :)

Thanks for wonderful video, wondering what would be the width of this belt?
interesting, just started using mine and wasn't aware of all this. thanks!
Yea its an over time type of thing. Its just some maintenance things to keep everything running smoothly in the long run.

Great Job! Got mines running smooth. Mahalos🙏🏾🤙🏾
Awesome :) good to hear.
You said edelkrone has good support. So far it has been two weeks now. I have not received one returned email nor one returned phone call.
That is unfortunate, they always got back to me within 24 hours. Maybe they are busier during the holidays
Appreciated.
For that kind of money you should not have to do that.
I think with any system like this with moving parts, it’s just bound to require some touching up and maintaining here and there.
They charged me 20 dollars for a replacement belt...
