This is quite a grand place in a neighborhood of other similar homes. The gardens are well landscaped with mature trees and shrubs, all very appealing. The house has spacious rooms that are well laid out, and even the smallest bedroom is a double. Impressive!
Nice house although I find some things a bit dated such as the shell shaped sinks and toilet seat. There is a lot I would want to update and redecorate. It's all kept very nicely, lots of space but the garden is a lot smaller than I expected for an executive house of that price. I thought you were going to go around the corner or through that shrubbery and it would open up to lots more space.
I found it to be overpriced. It’s dated & tired. The garden is small. It looks like there has been no changes to the fittings since it was built. Has potential but potential costs money to execute.

Started ok then that brickwork over the range hood ?no no no what’s more rear garden !! Did someone steal it .thats the biggest disappointment
