You meet the nicest people on a Honda scooter in Arlington Virginia - love seeing more scooters

Ran into Armando. Used to have a 50cc Honda metro. Great scooter but you can get run over in DC if you go too slow. He had some serious gear for 28 degree weather while I am wearing a light jacket and neck gaiter, but I was only riding 1 mile and enjoy suffering. While taking the video, I left my card in the Bank of America ATM and it kept my debit card. I called to get it back and was told there is nothing they can do. I had to order another one from my other bank. WTF. Is that legal
