When my eczema gets bad on my feet I have to put a prescription cream on them (seriously goop it on!) and wrap them in plastic bags while I sleep so it really soaks in overnight. In the morning there's sometimes no cream left at all from my feet soaking it all up! I follow up with a nice and creamy foot cream to keep them hydrated for the following day. I don't often have that problem on my feet anymore but it's my golden cure for eczema feet. If you don't have prescription cream, try an antiseptic/anti-itch cream mixed with some coconut oil. The antiseptic/anti-itch cream helps your feet heal and the coconut oil gets some moisture back in and is also anti-inflammatory! I'll sometimes do this if I run out of my prescription cream. Sorry for the long post but I know how much eczema feet can literally be a pain! When I was younger it was absolutely crippling it was so painful. Hope this helps! Good luck!

tresemme deep cleanse shampoo for your hair when it gets greasy...I use it for my hair to get the styling product out & normally my scalp is greasy so it helps a lot coming home after the day or waking up..

Aloha Kim, Love your vlog! I think maybe your migraine and skin mau be allergy type thing? I'm allergic to carmine, red dye #40, cloves, sulfates, and also the adhesive on the tape. Maybe a food additive, spice, or something is giving the migraines? Also, changes in altitude, middle ear pressure and barometric pressure can cause issues. I can use few bandages. IV 3000 is one that seems to be okay for me. I hope all goes well with Sony. One of my students from high school were an opening act for Sony. She had a great contract. Don't allow them to push you around like they might try. Have them buy the clothes and things that you need, pay for travel, assistants, and coaches. oh it could be? I had the migraine for a good day and a half but it disappeared after. I took pain killers too but it did nothing :/ Yeah I was buying the wrong bandages and also the shoes I had weren't suitable as my feet kept rubbing against them causing them to not heal :( Unfortunately I had no time to buy new shoes so I just put up with it. Though now it has healed!!

Find some mole skin and put that where it rubs in your shoe. It's really good for friction. I swear by it. Bandages are only temporary.
