In this interview with Luke Kaufman we discussed his intense training routines as well as his mental preparation. Luke's coach Ian described him as a "machine" and it is easy to see why.
Luke trains at Fortitudo in Liverpool, the gym is being recognised for its abundance of young talent which Luke is an integral part of.
Luke will be fighting at the upcoming SuperShowdown event on 12th February 2022.
