Tupac Murder Trial: Suspected Killer Duane Davis Appears in Court

- The suspect in the 1996 murder of Tupac Shakur appeared in court Tuesday morning for a status update regarding his upcoming trial. Both sides presented their updates in discoveries, saying that should be completed within 30-60 days. The next status check was set for July 23, with the trial beginning in November.

His Attorney said he lied about everything and wasn’t even there in the car, he lied just to make money off his book. But… that means he lied to the investigators when he struck a deal to gain immunity for his crimes. That should void that immunity and any charges he had then should be brought back up. He was facing a life sentence on his prior charges, just put him in prison for that plus lying. He should spend the rest of his life in prison no matter what.

@@pacman1153 This is a huge case, darn near 30 years in the making. No chance they would make this arrest and pursue him based on his word alone. Word is going around that they did recover some physical evidence from his home which led to them arresting him, but we’ll all have to wait and see exactly what was found

That's not how a "fall guy" works. A fall guy is someone they choose to make it seem like they solved a crime. If they wanted a fall guy, they would have gotten one in 1999.

Cause it wasn't Keefe or his nephew, Orlando. Reggie Wright Jr (security for Death Row at the time) is responsible for Pac's murder. He helped set it up. Watch, "Tupac Assassination" movie came out in 07. It explains everything.

From Feb 2024 - In order to be released on house arrest, Davis would have to make bail - by paying 10% of the $750,000 that was previously ordered - and prove to the court that the money came from legitimate sources.
So assuming he couldn't get the money together.
